My Origin Story

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, I was first introduced to film when my dad served as a cameraman at a church. As a child, I tinkered with all types of art, from drawing to painting to pottery to sewing. Once I reached high school, I settled on film as my art form of choice, taking the three film classes my school offered and interning at my local news station on the side. I discovered SCAD in 2020 and started my degree in 2022, initially seeking to become a director (as most film students do). In my first college film class, I was introduced to producing and realized that my personality perfectly aligned with the skills required for the role, and the rest is history!
